La Castellana Pedregal - 01990 Ciudad de México
En los años cuarenta en la esquina de Revolución y Corregidora comienza la historia de Tortas La Castellana, Don Roberto de la Huerta compra el traspaso del negocio de un ciudadano español que regresaba a su país natal en el cual vendía tortas frías de los productos que comercializaba en la tienda de abarrotes.
Don Roberto al estar al frente de la operación del negocio percibe que el consumo de alimentos de preparación rápida aumenta por el incremento de clientela que trabajaba en la zona y el paso de la gente que vivía en la zona y caminaba por la tarde en el barrio de San Ángel, por lo que decide crear más recetas y aumentar la variedad de tortas, lo cual comienza a tener gran éxito ya que incluye en sus recetas productos de excelente calidad y sabor casero además de incluir en las tortas sus ya muy famosos y tradicionales chiles en vinagre elaborados ahí mismo. Y así es como decide, al crecer la demanda de tortas, quitar la tienda de abarrotes y vender tortas frías y calientes con recetas de su autoría y con gran aceptación en el mercado.
Conforme pasa el tiempo el establecimiento se hizo de muchos clientes frecuentes en el sur de la Ciudad de México para convertirse muy pronto en una de las más reconocidas torterías en México. Actualmente contamos con 10 sucursales en las cuales atendemos a más de 1000 comensales al día.

Pensaría mucho antes de consumir en este lugar ?

Si llegan a pedir de este lugar traten de ser muy cuidadosos y vean si no traí nada malo , me dió diarrea y me enferme muy feo , no se expongan , y además mandan a sus conocidos a poner buenas reseñas sobre el lugar , no se dejen engañar por ellos .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este lugar es muy insalubre. Sinceramente yo no entiendo cómo la gente va a comer allí. A mí me salió un gusano en la comida y afortunadamente no me lo tragué porque lo vi a tiempo, pero conozco otras personas que les han pasado cosas como que la comida ya está echada a perder. De hecho cuando les reclamé me dijeron que no era su problema y que si quería los demandará pero que ellos no iban a hacer e cargo de nada. Por eso mismo invito a todos a que no vayan a ese lugar, ya que si les pasa algo, ellos no se hacen responsables. Cuídense mucho gente.
