El servicio en general es Malo y es cierto que te cargan el 15% del mismo en la cuenta sin darte ninguna clase de explicación al respecto. The food is not bad, although it does take a long time to serve (the place had no people). The service in general is Bad and it is true that they charge you 15% of it in the account without giving you any kind of explanation about it.

El servicio de comida es espantoso, se pidió un queso fundido de entrada y una parrilla como principal. 2 horas y 30 minutos esperando por la entrada y nunca llego, y ni se diga el plato principal. Luego de esperar 2 horas por la entrada decidimos pedir la cuenta, y se nos cobro ademas del consumo una "propina" obligatoria de mas del 15% por ese mal servicio. Casi 3 horas alli, y sin nada de comer, solo nos logramos tomar unas cervezas mientras esperamos la comida que nunca llego. No lo recomiendo, mínimo deberían hacerse responsables de tenerlo a uno esperando de esa forma para nada. Ademas recalco que solo estaba a 1/4 de capacidad y aun asi esos eran los tiempos de entrega de la comida de mas de 3 horas. The place is beautiful, and the music is excellent. The food service is horrible, a melted cheese was ordered as a starter and a grill as a main. 2 hours and 30 minutes waiting for the entree and it never arrived, not to mention the main course. After waiting 2 hours for the entrance, we decided to ask for the bill, and we were charged, in addition to the consumption, a mandatory "tip" of more than 15% for that bad service. Almost 3 hours there, and without anything to eat, we only managed to have a few beers while we waited for the food that never came. I do not recommend it, at least they should be responsible for having you waiting like that for nothing. He also stressed that it was only at 1/4 capacity and even so those were the food delivery times of more than 3 hours.

Había un grupo en vivo y se nos hizo agradable, aunque un poco amontonado, para los últimos drinks estaba bien. La host súper buena onda nos explica que había cover pero que como ya faltaba poco para cerrar (30min) no nos cobrarían pero en eso sale un chavo súper alterado, cara de loco, súper prepotente diciendo "les voy a dar una mesa mero adelante con 2 cubetas", o sea, como? Somos 2 personas, faltan 30 min para que cierren, nos quieren hacer que tengamos un consumo mínimo y todavía se atreve hablarnos como si nos conociéramos? Deberían de saber capacitar a su personal... We arrived after eating at another restaurant in the same establishment and our plan was to continue drinking. There was a live band and it was nice, although a bit crowded, for the last few drinks it was fine. The super cool host explained to us that there was a cover but that since there was little left to close (30min) they wouldn't charge us but that's when a super upset guy comes out, crazy face, super arrogant saying "I'm going to give you a table just go ahead with 2 buckets", that is, how? We are 2 people, there are 30 minutes left before they close, they want to make us have a minimum consumption and you still dare to talk to us as if we knew each other? They should know how to train their staff...
