★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buenas sus micheladas y pues es lo unico que puedo decir por que tardaron mas de una hora y no me dieron mis alitas sin mencionar que el mesero super despota y grosero, se puso en su plan todavia que le explicamos de como era posible que gente que llego despues ya tenia su comida y sus bebidas y mi grupo de amigos y yo nada solo nos llevaron dos hamburguesas y ya , si le recomiendo al dueño del lugar que en primera hable con el chavo que meserea (que ni su nombre nos quiso dar) por que fue demasiado grosero con mi amiga cuando le pedimos razón del pedido, igual contraten mas personal por que ese chavo no se daba abasto y lo entiendo si se junta gente pero no se vale que se desquite su estres con clientes que ni siquiera le faltamos el respeto como para que contestara asi "ahora resulta que si todavia me vas a regañar mejor dejale asi y se fue dejando hablando sola a mi amiga , volvio a segun restregarnos el orden de los pedidos de una manera burlona y cuabdo le ibamos a decir algo se fue y nadamas nos hizo una seña con las manos como de si siganle " la verdad despues de todo eso mis amigos y yo agarramos y pedimos la cuenta , cancelamos lo que nos faltaba y nos fuimos por que nos dio tanto coraje su actitud antes no le solte un golpe pero ganas no me faltaron , ojo comento todo esto por que no soy de tequis fui desde san juan del rio hasta ahi por que mi amigo me lo recomendo pero hasta el se decepciono al final por ese pesimo servicio no volveremos a ir les deseo suerte y pues mejoren la calidad de atención
Their micheladas are very good and that's the only thing I can say why they took more than an hour and they didn't give me my wings without mentioning that the super despotic and rude waiter put himself into his plan even though we explained to him how it was possible that people who arrived later he already had his food and his drinks and my group of friends and I nothing, they only brought us two hamburgers and that's it, if I recommend to the owner of the place that he first talk to the guy who waitress (he didn't even want to give us his name ) because he was too rude to my friend when we asked for the reason for the request, just hire more staff because that guy couldn't cope and I understand if people get together but it's not worth taking out your stress on customers who don't even care we were disrespectful enough for him to answer like this "now it turns out that if you're still going to scold me, it's better to leave him like that and he left, leaving my friend talking alone, he went back to rubbing the order of the orders in a mocking way and when were we going to tell him to the go left and he just made us a sign with his hands as if to follow him " the truth after all that my friends and I grabbed and asked for the bill, we canceled what we needed and left because his attitude before made us so angry I didn't hit him but I didn't lack a lot of desire, be careful I comment on all this because I'm not from Tequis I went from San Juan del Rio to there because my friend recommended it to me but even he was disappointed in the end because of that lousy service we won't go back go I wish you luck and then improve the quality of care
