El edificio es de hace mucho tiempo pero está muy bonito por dentro. Museum and building for municipal procedures, the museum has mummies, old vessels, chinelos and paintings. The building is from a long time ago but it is very beautiful inside.

A	Alma Espinoza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 08 ene 3:45 pm Museo de la Cerería, la entrada es gratuita, está expuesta una puerta de la época que forma parte de la exhibición del Museo, ubicado en una construcción del siglo XVI, una bella casa con su patio central y en medio una fuente sobre piso de piedra y rodeada por arcos, localizado Frente a la plaza principal de Tlayacapan. El inmueble fue construido como casa habitación y posteriormente convertido en fábrica de velas. Es de estilo Colonial, es un lugar representativo de este lugar. En él se han filmado escenas de películas mexicanas y extranjeras, funge como museo desde 1991. Su acervo incluye pinturas e imágenes de capillas, planos de la ciudad y objetos antiguos encontrados durante el proceso de restauración. En sus instalaciones se imparten talleres, entre los que destacan los relacionados con las bellas artes y la cultura popular, el de lengua náhuatl y el de alfarería. Cuenta con dos salas para exposiciones temporales y tienda de artesanías. Encontramos información de las diferentes capillas que se encuentran aquí, es muy interesante ya que todas son diferentes en su arquitectura. En la pared están los nombres de las 27 construcciones religiosas en este lugar. 4:16 fuimos al Exconvento de San Juan Bautista de gran valor cultural para México, forma parte de la Ruta de los Conventos y es uno de los 11 conventos del estado de Morelos declarados Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la (UNESCO). Cuenta con grandes espacios exteriores ya que su atrio es uno de los más grandes de América Latina, caminos empedrados y grandes árboles te acompañan durante tu camino, este lugar permaneció dentro de la Orden de San Agustín hasta el siglo XVIII. En 1754 pasó al clero secular, cuenta con atrio, capillas posas, capilla abierta, templo claustro y huerta. En distintas partes de Tlayacapan hay cuatro capillas principales cuya ubicación forma una cruz y este Convento es el centro de esta cruz. La historia nos dice que a pocos años de haberse efectuado la conquista de Tenochtitlan, Hernán Cortés pidió a la Corona Real que enviara religiosos para la conversión de los indígenas de la Nueva España. Fue una fábrica de veladoras, de ahí el nombre de "Cereria", en la época revolucionaria fue cuartel de Emiliano Zapata y actualmente es un museo y la Casa de Cultura. Sus portales son preciosos. Te trasladará a otras épocas tu visita a este sitio. Recomendable. An iconic building of the Magical Town of Tlayacapan, it dates from the 16th century and is very well preserved. It was a candle factory, hence the name "Cereria", in the revolutionary era it was the headquarters of Emiliano Zapata and is currently a museum and the House of Culture. Its portals are beautiful. IN THE CENTER WE LOOK OUT THE CERERY OR MUSEUM OF THE CULTURAL CENTER, FORMELY IT WAS A MAIN HOUSE FROM THE 16TH CENTURY WHICH HAPPENED FROM BEING A HOUSE TO A CANDLE FACTORY, IN 1991 IT WAS TRANSFORMED INTO A MUSEUM AND CULTURAL CENTER, IT WAS PARTIALLY CLOSED AND ONLY LIVED IN ONE YOUR STAND AN OFFERING OF THE DEAD.
