Preparan con manteca de ?, lo cual le da un sabor especial y no te cae pesado. No tenían el refresco de importación, pero la verdad sería mejor si tuvieran un mezcal o algo parecido. Los precios son muy accesibles, la preparación tiene el toque de Zacatlan, Puebla, la comida es muy rica y la atención es muy buena. No le pongo 5 estrellas porque le hace un poco más de variedad y las porciones son algo pequeñas, aún así es muy recomendable. The level of organization to avoid COVID infections is very good. Las raciones parecen pequeñas pero son llenadoras, están muy bien preparadas y sobre todo tienen un sabor muy genuino porque todos los ingredientes son traídos frescos desde Zacatlán, Puebla. La atención telefónica y el servicio son muy atentos y acomedidos; el lugar es muy limpio y cumple totalmente con las normas de higiene. Me parece un lugar perfecto para echar una botanita dominguera o una merienda cualquier día de la semana. Las porciones no son muy grandes pero digamos justas como para no solo comer un solo platillo; dado que prácticamente todo el menú está basado en alimentos basados en maíz pues muy low carbs no son pero al final uno no acaba con mucho remordimiento jeje. Creo que podría como área de oportunidad incrementar la variedad en el menú y dar más opciones. La comida si es rica no precisamente sobresaliente pero si podría volver. Me parece que ven general es un lugar bastante concurrido, así que puede haber lista de espera dado que no hay muchas mesas ( una grande adentro del local y unas cuantas afuera en la calle). Yo corrí con suerte y comí en la barra. No es tan barato pero la comida es de calidad con buen sabor y no pica casi nada. Aceptan tarjetas de crédito. Yo comí unos tacos dorados, un mole de panza y unas como gorditas. Me parece que fue una opción buena y quedé muy satisfecho. I was lucky and ate at the bar. It's not that cheap but the food is quality with good flavor and hardly anything itchy. Do you accept credit cards. I ate some golden tacos, a belly mole and some like gorditas. I think it was a good option and I was very satisfied.

El mole es delicioso y nada pesado y la salsa verde es una maravilla. La pancita es riquísimas, huele bien la carne y el caldillo no es piloso. Encuentras varios productos de Zacatlán,desde salsas, panes hasta refrescos de manzana
