Los contacte a través de buscar en google y por llamada telefónica en 2 ocaciones. La primera vez pedí a domicilio una comida del menú del dia tan solo para probar el sazón, el cuál me pareció bueno y aceptable aunque llego incompleta, mal empacada y regada, el agua de sabor de sobre y con edulcorantes químicos, con un costo de $65.00. La segunda vez pedí a domicilio 2 comidas del día sin los guisados, por lo que me indicaron que serian $40.00 de cada una, y 2 platillos a la carta, el primero un omelet vegetariano con champiñones y espinacas con un costo de $50.00 y el segundo un caldo tlalpeño sin pollo y sin queso gouda ya que llevamos un régimen vegano, con un costo de $50.00, en total serian $180.00. La comida fue recibida a domicilio, por mi madre pagándoles en efectivo la cantidad acordada de $180.00 y en la confianza de que venia completa, lo cual no fue así, ya que hubo un error y me enviaron un omelet (huevo) de champiñones con espinacas y frijoles refritos, un caldo tlalpeño con verduras y arroz sin pollo y sin queso, tal como lo había pedido, y además solo 2 ordenes de sopas del día de papa y 2 ordenes de tortillas de molino, cobrando $180.00, se me hizo un abuso de confianza y un costo muy alto por lo que se recibió. Al llamarles por teléfono y reclamarles, el dueño de nombre Eugenio, simplemente me dijo, que no procedia mi reclamo y que ya no me darían servicio nunca más.
