Al llegar el personal está poco capacitado, tal vez porque es relativamente nueva la sucursal, pero creo indispensable que sus empleados conozcan los nombres de los platillos, que es lo que contienen los platillos y mucho más importante conocer el sabor de los platillos, ya que como me comentaron al preguntarles yo sobre su opinión sobre el sabor de algunos platillos ellos me decían no haberlos probado nunca, tienen que comprar los platillos para poder conocerlos y en mi opinión comer este tipo de productos en hora de almuerzo Es bastante caro, posible y seguramente más que el salario de todo un día, eso es parte de la capacitación de los empleados, conocer el sabor de los productos. Los empleados en general son amables, la comida en promediotiene un sabor neutral no está muy rico pero tampoco está malo, son buenas las porciones. En cuestión de el sushi es un sushi mexicanizado, que no sientes el sabor real por el tipo de rellenos que tienen además que es un arroz totalmente mazoso, pero eso pasa en cualquier sushi de la ciudad que no sea en especialidad de comida japonesa. Las alitas estan ricas aunque los platillos llegaron fríos, los bonless son muy muy resecos y nada recomendados son sabor es incómodo. Un punto a favor es que hay aderezos ilimitados para acompañar tus comidas, aunque faltaría variedad, las papas me resultaron muy sabrosas, son papás a la francesa pero bien sazonadas y crujientes por fuera y blanditas por dentro, al parecer todos los platillos la contienen y eso hace mejorar tu experiencia. El té de la casa es agua con un toque de limón que al derretirse el hielo (porque es mucho) se pierde el toque de limón y queda solo agua. Cómo resumen, es un restaurante que tiene potencial pero le falta mucho que mejorar, en cuanto a precios está regular que cualquier bar, si vas a un lugar más familia seguro está más barato.
