La primera vez que los visité quede muy satisheco con el servicio y la atención, pero mi segunda visita fue totalmente lo contrario. La atencion de los que reparten las espadas muy groseros, no respetan el botón verde o rojo, no te dejan comer con calma cuando ya tienes a uno encima de ti cortandote un pedazo de carne (por cierto que algunas estaban secas), no te dicen los precios de las bebidas, el volumen de la música muy fuerte no te deja platicar y no puedes preguntar nada porque te contestan con una cara de molestia. PD. la chica que recojia platos y ofrecia entradas fue la unica amable.

El servicio es excelente. Todo el personal muy amable. La carne es de calidad, aunque no espectacular, pero por el servicio lo vale. El Buffete tiene un costo de 350$ para adultos en esta sucursal.

El espacio es grande, con buena ventilación, ambientación con música que no es molesta para poder palticar. La atención por parte de los meseros es buena, atentos y al pendiente de los gustos. La comida es fresca, con buen sabor, los cortes son deliciosos a precio justo. Definitivamente es un excelente lugar para comer y festejar.

Pesimo servicio otorgado por todo el personal en especial de los encargados de las espadas, no respetan el boton de servicio, dan poca carne como si fuera suya, parece que te están corriendo y apresurando con tal de cerrar antes, en otros lugares por buffet se comprende que el comensal esta pagando para poder saciar su hambre, ademas de que no saben cortar porque al momento de hacerlo terminan tirándola en la mesa o incluso en la ropa, no se disculpan y no te dan mas carne, pareciera que te quieren dar eso que sirvieron mal, no fui el único al que le tiraron comida si no que a mi madre y novia también les paso lo mismo. Agrego que en este caso ellos te brindan la entrada y limitada, por lo que mi familia y yo terminamos con hambre y nos fuimos a un lugar que en verdad valiera la pena. Pero a la hora de cobrar si se encajan con su 15 % obligatorio de propina ya que ni el 10% brindan como opción. en conclusión pésimo ambiente creado por parte del personal de atención, no regresaríamos jamas y no se lo recomiendo a nadie, por lo que recomiendo cualquier otro lugar menos la Churrasca, el costo elevadisimo y ni se diga de la propina que se les tuvo que dar pero ni así nos atendieron como nos merecíamos ser atendidos. YO DIGO QUE 1 ESTRELLA ES MUCHO PARA ELLOS.

Considero que seguirá pésimo su servicio por eso esta tan vacío.

Acudi con mi esposa y nos extrañó que (muy diferente a otras ocasiones) se apuraran a sentarnos en una mesa, vimos alrededor muy poca gente y supusimos que era por eso. Buscamos a nuestro alrededor la ISLA de ensaladas y no la encontrábamos. Llegó el mesero y procedimos a preguntar. Nos dijo " ah si... emmm en un momento les platico" en lo que se apuraba a ponernos manteles, cubiertos, salsas, etc etc. Nos quedamos esperando su respuesta y nos dijo "en un momento les cuento... ¿Pero diganme que van a tomar? Le dimos nuestras bebidas, tomó nota y procedió a hacer su pedido. En lo que nos contaba "que por PANDEMIA no había Isla y que pues podíamos pedir lo que fuera de carta" sabiendo perfectamente que ese es el TEMA DE ÉSTOS RESTAURANTES... sentimos que sólo nos quiso apurar a pedir para que ya no pudiéramos irnos.... Y MUY A SU PESAR NOS LEVANTAMOS DE LA MESA Y AVISAMOS PORQUE NOS IBAMOS.... Nos parece PÉSIMO que te enjareten bebidas para que no te vayas cuando te cuenten que tu estancia no tendrá la experiencia completa de lo que cobran.

Hoy fuimos por primera vez a la sucursal de Angelópolis; La comida y los cortes muy ricos pero los meseros NO respetan el botón rojo y en todo momento te apuran a comer. Al final nos ofrecieron postres pero nunca comentaron que no se incluían en el precio del bufete. En la tarta que pidió mi esposo ($110) encontró un pedazo de METAL (algo como una grapa) que casi se traga. No hicimos gran alboroto, solo pedimos que se retirara el plato. El mesero que nos atendió MUY AMABLE y junto con la CHEFF se disculparon, pero al traer la cuenta nos dieron (para llevar) otro postre igual al que mi esposo ya había regresado y LO COBRARON en la cuenta. A la persona que nos cobró (asumo que es el Gerente) le comentamos que NO queríamos el postre porque ya lo habíamos regresado y dijo que NO tenía idea del incidente, que nadie le avisó. El señor retiró la tarta de la cuenta pero NUNCA se disculpó ni ofreció algún tipo de compensación por el incidente (que de haberse tragado mi esposo, ese metal hubiera pasado a mayores). Lamentablemente no regresaremos.
