★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muchísimos detalles , súper peligroso, no las construyen bien, las entregan con muchísimos detalles, los pisos mal, las tomas de agua cambiadas, hechas con los pies.
Las amenidades que prometen son mentira, e inexistentes. Solo hay un jardín pero no hay alberca, no hay gym y no hay salón de usos múltiples.
Cero recomendable.
 A lot of details, super dangerous, they don't build them well, they deliver them with a lot of details, the floors are wrong, the water intakes changed, made with the feet.
The amenities they promise are lies, and non-existent. There is only one garden but there is no pool, there is no gym and there is no multipurpose room.
Zero recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por una parte es un lugar tranquilo pero todos los fraccionamientos lo son a comparación a vivir en una casa en la calle normal, pero los guardias son muy prepotentes aún con los dueños y solo le hacen pasar corajes a uno por que siempre los tienes que poner en su lugar y a cada rato se meten a robar y la administración o encargada solo está un par de horas al día en su lugar de trabajo y no soluciona nada
On the one hand it is a quiet place but all the subdivisions are compared to living in a house on the normal street, but the guards are very arrogant even with the owners and only make you feel angry because you always have to put them on in their place and every so often they get into stealing and the administration or manager is only a couple of hours a day at their workplace and does not solve anything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desgraciadamente la misma constructora ha sido la causante de tanto descontento de los habitantes del fraccionamiento,sigue construyendo casas a la entrada del fraccionammiento generando daños a los servicios como el sistema de cable e internet,ruido y caos vial en el dia por los albañiles,y no se ve para cuando terminan.
