Pero a pesar de eso, da gusto ver a profesionales así, el trato es bueno, me explicó las dudas que tenía y sobre todo, mi perrito se está recuperando súper rápido. No es la primera vez que llevo a mis mascotas... La vez anterior fue con un perrito rescatado después de que lo atropellaron y no tiene ninguna secuela. Una vez a mi perrita le hicieron una cortada al quitarle el cabello, el que lo hizo se disculpo y todo pero ojalá no vuelva a ocurrir. 2. Cuando lleve a un gato mío pensé que le iban a hacer revisión completa (ya que a eso lo lleve y debe de ser el procedimiento de cualquier doctor, más aún por medio privado, ya sea veterinario o médico) y no fue así. Por eso el costo de la consulta me pareció elevado de precio. 3. Esto sólo fue algo que escuché mientras me atendían, pero un señor llegó quejándose sobre la operación de un perro suyo y dijo que había muerto después. Desconozco si le dieron instrucciones después y el señor cometió negligencia al no cuidarlo o si le habían advertido sobre hacerle la operación que probablemente fuese de riesgo. No lo sé. Sólo lo digo por aquellos clientes que puedan ser difíciles y necios al culpar a otros de su propia negligencia. Fuera de eso el servicio ha sido bueno, han atendido bien. Si necesitas análisis ahí mismo lo hacen, no tienes que esperar tanto tiempo, yo lo más que he esperado son 20 minutos para un estudio de sangre de mi perro, son muy profesionales, venden alimento para mascotas, accesorios y la consulta es medianamente accesible. L	Loyola Valencia Ashlyn Michelle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad no me gustó su servicio es el peor, ya que lleve a mi gatita a que le hicieran una radiografía, la subieron para el piso de arriba y no me dejaron subir a mi para estar con ella y pues la escuchaba llorar mucho cuando la bajaron y me la dieron pero ya no podía caminar y estaba llena de sangre de que supuestamente le sacaron pero no le hicieron los estudios le sacaron en vano la sangre. Y no me dieron las radiografías ahí que le sacaron me las dieron hasta que se las pedí por llamada y duraron para enviarmelos. Lo más feo que hicieron ahí fue que el veterinario que la atendió dijo que ya no había opciones y que le inyectara la autonacia. Sin embargo la lleve hoy a otro y si me dio esperanzas de operarla y otras opciones. Por eso si quieren a su mascota no la traigan aquí mejor llevenla al CIVET ahí la lleve yo y enserio vale la pena este veterinario en Celaya junto a este. De verdad vale la pena viajar para poder ayudar de verdad a nuestras mascotas y no solo toparte con gente que se aprovecha del amor que uno le tiene a las mascotas.
