You know when you are overseas and then the unthinkable happens? You are outside of your country and you don’t speak the language: that’s just the recipe for chaos. Well... not always. I was extremely fortunate to bump into La Clínica Dental and it was just perfect. Amazingly detailed, perfectly oriented, and yes, of course, affordable prices. If just all vacation-related problems were so easy to solve... sigh.

I am from California, but I've been living Mexico City for the past 3 years. This spot is my go-to dentist!! Great staff, extremely professional and well-priced. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a teeth cleaning to more serious dental work in CDMX :)

I don’t think I have enough words to say how pleased I was with my appointments at La Clínica Dental. I’m very happy with the results and I’m actually looking forward to my next visit. EDIT: It's been a week now and despite theoretical internal investigation and comments below i still didn't heard from la Clinica and still didn't got back my money - it's going to be 10 months soon. AVOID THIS PLACE - YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!! La Clinica Dental has a high quality specialists which treated me with regular treatment and removal of wisdom teeth - quality of dental service was very good and doctors were knowledgable and professional. Unfortunately, administrative service is poor - after preliminary examination I was expected to have a root canal and I've made prepay for full treatment (to obtain discount). After secondary examination I was informed by doctor that no root canal is needed and scope of treatment will decrease. Despite the fact that the cost of regular cavity fill is significantly lower I didn't get part of my prepayment back until this day (it's 9 months now). Reimbursement process is long, requires significant amount of paperwork and you're losing 20% of your pre-payment as per Clinica policy. Clinica is encouraging you to pay upfront to get a discount but has terrible reimbursement process - possibly designed to discourage you to ask for your money or feel embarrassed. On the top of that Clinica was encouraging me to "spend" my money on other services instead of getting reimbursed. Currently I'm still trying to get back part of my payment (actually 80% of it) and Clinica keeps ignoring me for over a week. The last I've heard from them is that head of administration has changed and process (?) is being updated. OVERALL - I DON'T RECOMMEND IT. GOOD DOCTORS BUT UNFORTUNATELY DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH IN CASE OF REIMBURSEMENT. I'VE SPEND APPROX. 50,000 PESOS THERE AND NOW I HAVE TO ASK EVERY SIGNLE DAY FOR REIMBURSEMENT - VISIT AT THE DENTIST COMPARED TO THIS PROCESS IS LESS STRESSFUL.

I undertook an emergency consultation / appointment today (03/01/2022) due to having an unexpected chronic toothache during my visit to Mexico City (as a tourist). Dr Aldo was incredibly friendly, professional and his examination was great. Sadly my onward flight is tomorrow, and too soon to book the required procedures (wisdom tooth extraction) - I will instead undergo the procedure at my next destination. I wanted to leave a positive review, since I was really impressed with the clinic, my diagnosis, and have since been prescribed antibiotics to reduce the inflammation in my gums. Muchos gracias, Dr Aldo!

This is a terrible clinic! We're 2 people that were there and were quoted $55,000 and $14,000 pesos (each) and they found tons of "cavities" and issues to fix. Because we have been to multiple dentists before and after, we knew the quote was nonsense and it was! You're going to be eternally ripped off in this place, they'll find things just to get you to spend more and more cash - they will recommend treatments that you don't need to inflate the bill. I think it's even worse if they sense you're a foreigner - one of the worst clinics we've been to in Mexico. We also checked their cleanliness and lots of issues there, too! - they would lend the different dentists in the office their instruments WITHOUT sanitizing them - observed by 2 people!!!! They absolutely did this! They also use the same hands to touch your mouth and then the equipment and then back. PLEASE DON'T GO THERE! don't be fooled by their 'free consultation' or what they show you in the screen. If you do go there, CHECK WITH other dentists too before you commit to them. In one person they found 11 cavities - same person goes to other dentists in the same city = ZERO CAVITIES! No kidding! Please run and avoid this place like the plague!

I’m from Europe and I live in California. I’ve seen some good dentists in my life but this place offers AMAZING DENTISTS that you’ve never seen before. The technology they’re using...they are 20 years ahead of any dentist in California. I booked my appointment 1 day ahead, told them I’m here for 4 days and they made the magic happen...what would cost me $7000 in the US cost me $900 and the service is BEYOND EXCELLENT. Dr Daniel and Dr Laura are amazing. Well English speaking staff. RECOMMENDED
