★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy de yucatan así que no le puedo poner 5 estrellas por que no es cocinita pibil, o al menos no la preparación tradicional, si embarcó esta relativa mente bien, los panchos no los preparan como debe ser, es decir el frijol a dentro, pollo asado en axiote por fuera, aguacate, tomate, y le chica, y su salsa típica de habanero asado, en cambio te sirven como pancho una tostada con frijoles y carne.
La cebolla la preparan con vinagre y no con naranja agria.
Aún así el guiso no está mal.
