El lechón es lo más delicioso, una torta especial con sus pedacitos de cuero, mucho pico de gallo y un habanero muy casero. Por algo lo respalda rolo jajajajaa (fotos en el interior del lugar) prueben también los tacos que parecen salbutes de relleno negro.
The wood-fired French is crispy and consistent. I would say that few in Mérida have that luxury. The suckling pig is the most delicious, a special cake with its pieces of leather, a lot of pico de gallo and a very homemade habanero. For something rolo supports it hahahaha (photos inside the place) also try the tacos that look like salbutes with black filling.
