★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viaje en Octubre a Michoacán y me dedique a apreciar lo tradicional de este hermoso estado y que mejor que con la gastronomía deliciosa que ofrece Michoacán y sus bellas cocineras tradicionales como Catalina.
Me encanto que ella solo utiliza productos que se dan en Zirahuen y de esta manera apoya el comercio local y además solo ofrece productos frescos.
En lo personal solo había probado el charal seco al que todo mundo está acostumbrado y Catalina cambio completamente esa perspectiva en mi. Los charales frescos y cocinados al momento son deliciosos, el mejor taco de pescado que me e comido en la vida ❤️con tortilla recién hecha, aguacate y salsa toreada.
La trucha asalmonada al mojo, otro fresco y rico pescado.
Un ambiente muy agradable, con un clima rico a puertas abiertas ?

Travel in October to Michoacán and I dedicated myself to appreciate the traditional of this beautiful state and what better than with the delicious gastronomy that Michoacán offers and its beautiful traditional cooks like Catalina.
I loved that she only uses products that are given in Zirahuen and thus supports local commerce and also only offers fresh products.
Personally, I had only tried the dry charal that everyone is used to and Catalina completely changed that perspective in me. The fresh and cooked charales at the moment are delicious, the best fish taco I have ever eaten in life ❤️ with freshly made tortilla, avocado and toasted sauce.
The salmon trout, another fresh and rich fish.
A very pleasant atmosphere, with a rich open door climate ?
I recommend 100% Catalina's cuisine
You can not miss it

Their charales, which is the treat I love to eat, sometimes are soggy, and their handmade tortillas are not always made as you order; which is a flaw. Everything else, from seafood to drinks is great. Try their Huitlacoche, mushrooms, or pumpkin flower quesadillas; their breaded fish filet; spicy hot a la diabla shrimp; grilled chicken breast; or sopa tarasca with a tequila shot, michelada, limonada or naranjada (natural or mineral), or a cold beer or soda.
Be ready to enjoy!
PS: Ask the male owner, if present, and he will make sure to give you the freshest charales and tortillas.
