M	Marco Antonio Barrera Rojas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, había programado mi entrega para un día y llame antes de que me enviaran para ver si me podían apoyar a cambiar la fecha de entrega debido a que quería otro colchón, y se portaron sumamente groseros, no me dieron una atención adecuada o una explicación de por que no se podía hacer el cambio de fecha de entrega (lo cual probablemente habría entendido con una atención adecuada y amable), de inmediato se portaron muy groseros y prácticamente me amenazaron que ellos me iban a mandar por que así habia quedado no se cual sea la calidad de sus colchones pero su actitud me hace dudar un poco de si incluso son originales. A nosotros nos entregaron un colchón que a pesar de estar empacado, de un solo lado esta totalmente aguado y del otro lado es firme, y el ahorro era poco en comparación con otras tiendas pero optamos por ésta por la rapidez y por que la tienda esta cerca. Nos hubieran advertido que son colchones de exhibición o con detalles y lo hubiéramos pensado mejor. Y su "garantía" consiste en decirte que así son los colchones o darte vueltas pidiendo una y mil fotos sin resolver el problema. They should advise what kind of mattresses they sell.
