★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery time from Laredo is too long. If there is a large amount of merchandise, why not hire drivers daily to deliver from Laredo? Maybe use trucks that carry more merchandise? I'm certain something can be done about it!! Two weeks is just too long!
Also I have had trouble with the Laredo office losing or not receiving the invoices I've sent by email, and my packages were delayed, sitting in Laredo waiting for an invoice I had already sent. Recently, Leslie has been helpful in dealing with this problem.
