★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A spectacular array of dishes presented. Stews, caldos, soups, and much more. Traditional style Mexican food most common in the rural areas outside of Guadalajara. I had the Espinoza de puerco in red sauce with corn. Very good. Handmade tortillas could rival the best in the city. Great, rapid service for a great price.
