Llegue con una melena de más de 6 meses sin cortar y salí con un corte que no tiene manera de peinarlo. Quitaron volumen y eso quitó definición de mis rizos cuando ellos me dijeron que iba a suceder lo contrario, ahora no puedo peinarlo ni como ondulado ni como rizado, no tiene forma. No les mencioné nada en el momento porque no me lo peinaron, sólo lo secaron y acomodaron un poco. Lamentablemente tuve que hacerme una corrección a otro lugar para dejarlo terriblemente más corto. Extraño mi cabello y estoy frustrado. The friendliness and service was good, one star for that. The result disappointed me. My hair is curly. I arrived with a mane of more than 6 months without cutting and I came out with a cut that has no way to style it. They removed volume and that removed definition from my curls when they told me the opposite was going to happen, now I can't comb it as wavy or curly, it has no shape. I didn't mention anything to them at the time because they didn't comb it, they just dried it and set it up a bit. Unfortunately I had to make a correction to another place to make it terribly shorter. I miss my hair and am frustrated.

Lili and all the staff are so professional and kind and they know exactly what you and your hair needs. Their specialty is color and haircuts, but they offer more services.
