Bad customer service over the phone, a lady answers you badly and asks you personal questions, when you only want information from the provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya no entregan a domicilio como en estos 3 años que llevamos trabajando, los precios eran más altos pero valía la pena por el servicio como restaurantero que brindaban en tiempo y forma! Ahora te condicionan a 500 pesos como mínimo de compra y el aviso fue de un día para otro de estos cambios. Lástima porque en verdad estábamos contentos y organizados con ese método de entrega.
They no longer deliver at home like in these 3 years that we have been working, the prices were higher but it was worth it for the service as a restaurateur that they provided in a timely manner! Now they condition you to 500 pesos as a minimum purchase and the notice was from one day to another of these changes. Too bad because we were really happy and organized with that delivery method.
