★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le doy una estrella en especial a la sucursal de Santa Tere, por pésimo servicio al cliente. Personal incompetente, no conoce de su producto.
Por otro lado, conocí dos sucursales más: Tonalá y Av. Patria (Guadalajara). Excelente servicio, muy amables y eficientes. En sucursal Av. Patria te permiten oler sus aceites esenciales, algo que en sucursal Santa Tere casi me sacan los ojos por eso. Mal, mal, mal. No recomiendo esa sucursal.
P.D: Lleven sus envases para llevar sus cremas, enjuagues, etc a granel. Apoyemos.
I give a special star to the Santa Tere branch for lousy customer service. Incompetent staff, do not know about your product.
On the other hand, I met two more branches: Tonalá and Av. Patria (Guadalajara). Excellent service, very friendly and efficient. At the Av. Patria branch they allow you to smell their essential oils, something that at the Santa Tere branch almost took my eyes out for that. Bad bad bad. I do not recommend that branch.
PS: Bring your containers to carry your creams, rinses, etc. in bulk. We support.
