Nos explicaron todo el proceso de cómo oo elaboran ahí mismo, desde los hornos de las piñas, la fermentación y la destilación que usan.
Nos dieron a probar las diferentes cremas y mezcales que tienes y todos súper amables.
Si van a Mitla tienen que visitarlos.
 Very good place to taste some mezcal from the region.
They explained to us the whole process of how they make it right there, from the ovens of the pineapples, the fermentation and the distillation that they use.
They gave us to try the different creams and mezcal that you have and everyone was super friendly.
If they go to Mitla they have to visit them.

Y queda de paso si vienes de Hierve el Agua, aquí te hacen una presentación de como se fabrica el Mezcal Artesanal, es decir, el mejor mezcal que puedas probar, hay degustación incluso de las cremas, te explican todo el proceso y las diferencias entre los que ya son comerciales al que es artesanal. Las damas que te atienden, son súper amables y conocedoras del tema. Te venden hasta por garrafa si lo solicitas a un buen precio.

Also for 10 peso you can get into a mototaxi.
The lady is polite and respectful and the food is delicious.
