La croqueria surgio de la necesidad de construir un espacio de comida sencilla, casera y honesta; más allá de tendencias y modas alimenticias; teniendo como principal objetivo romper con la industrialización y masificación de los alimentos, dando importancia a la alimentación natural y a regresar al tiempo en que comer era todo un ritual para compartir.
Por esta razón nuestro menú se adapta a cualquier tipo de alimentación siendo un espacio incluyente.
La relación con nuestra comunidad es importante para nosotros, queremos ser una plataforma donde las personas puedan desarrollar sus conocimientos, habilidades y compartir sus intereses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of vegetarian options on the menu. There are salads and then there are subs served on baguette.. I counted 4 vegetarian options on the menu which is hard to find.. the food was great and the ambience splendid. Will come again in the future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome salads and panini sandwiches. Their cinammon rolls are light and tasty. Order some to go when ordering your meal as they might be gone before your meal is over. French press coffee comes in large and small sizes. A little piece of NY or TO in Aguascalientes.

Want to go for a relaxed Sunday-Morning breakfast with your beloved ones or a girl you wanna impress? Go there! You can sit either in- or outside. The coffe is splendid and their sandwiches and salads are “formidable”. Reasonable priced with motivated and friendly staff. Highly recommended!
