Pero... el taquero sirve la verdura con la mano (lack of expertise), independiente de que las tenga limpias (supongo), no se debe de hacer, para eso están las pinzas o minimo usar guantes de plástico.... La higiene es esencial. The tacos are very good ... But ... the taquero serves the vegetables by hand (lack of expertise), regardless of whether they are clean (I suppose), it should not be done, that is what the tweezers are for or at least use plastic gloves .... Hygiene is essential.
