★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los guisos son deliciosos siempre hay 1 diferente pero cada día más se 12 guisos para elegir ummmm tortillas recién torteadas. Ahh y no se diga de los exquisitos jugos de betabel de toronja de Lima o naranja. O agua de piña o guayaba siempre surtido. Pero lo mejor de lo mejor es que en Tapalpa siempre está cerrado en la mañana temprano y La cuachala está abierto desde las 7:30am!!! Vangan a deayunar aquí!!
The stews are delicious there is always 1 different but every day there are 12 stews to choose from ummmm freshly toasted tortillas. Oh, and don't mention the exquisite lime or orange grapefruit beet juices. Or pineapple or guava water always stocked. But the best of the best is that Tapalpa is always closed early in the morning and La Cuachala is open from 7:30am!!! Go have breakfast here!!

Es una delicia desayunar aquí, el sazón de todos los guisados que probé era perfecto, no le faltaba nada, y a mi que me gusta mucho la verdura me encantó que tienen muchas guarniciones y salsas.
No sé la piensen, lleguen aquí con toda confianza.

It is a delight to have breakfast here, the seasoning of all the stews I tried was perfect, nothing was missing, and I really like vegetables, I loved that they have many garnishes and sauces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sazón muy rico, es un lugar para almorzar unos rico tacos de guisado. Recomendables los de cuachala y tripa en salsa . Adicional hay un tamal de acelga muy rico ! Las mesas están afuera, y eso hace que se te enfríe un poco rápido la comida, pero en general muy bien !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vegetarian tacos are delicious! The tortillas are freshly made in front of the customer and not fried in animal fat. They have both whole beans and mashed beans, and selection of salsas is extensive. There is usually one or two vegan stews everyday, and it varies each day. We've had the following stews: calabasita zucchini with corn, mushrooms, cubed potatoes with tomato, carrot with sweet pepper. Tamal de Acelga is another vegetarian option, which is made of layers of whole chard leaves and some cheese inside. Cafe de Olla is also good. It is run by 3 ladies.
