Pagué con tarjeta de crédito algo que compré (a mi cel se me notificó dicho cargo) y por un problema con sus conexiones y con el banco que ellos tienen contratado (algo pasó y no les apareció a ellos el voucher de cargo). Entonces su problema se convirtió en mi problema. Estuve media hora viendo cómo "pretendía arreglar su terminal o algo parecido" yo con prisa finalmente le dije que tenía que irme. Para poder irme con el artículo comprado, además de haberme hecho el cargo a mi tarjeta, tuve que pagarlo en efectivo. Él se comprometió a una vez que resolviera su asunto con su banco, y viera que efectivamente ya me lo habían cobrado, me llevaría el efectivo a mi domicilio. Le valió madre y dijo "para qué le llevo el efectivo como me comprometí, si ya tengo el efectivo, mejor simplemente cancelo la compra, total, ya tengo el efectivo". A lo que se comprometió conmigo le "valió absolutamente madre". En mi opinión totalmente nefasto, cero atención y orientación al cliente, profesionalismo y ética nula. En resumen un empresario "piojo".
PD. Sus empleadas muy amables, desgraciadamente siguiendo instrucciones de un "pseudo empresario"
Terrible experience with Gerardo (I think that is the name of the owner). I paid with a credit card for something I bought (my cell was notified of this charge) and due to a problem with their connections and with the bank they have contracted (something happened and the charge voucher did not appear to them). Then his problem became my problem. I spent half an hour watching how "he was trying to fix his terminal or something similar" I finally hurriedly told him that I had to leave. In order to leave with the purchased item, in addition to having charged my card, I had to pay in cash. Once he had resolved his matter with his bank, he promised that he would have charged me, and that he would take the cash to my home. It was worth it mother and said "why do I take the cash as I promised, if I already have the cash, I'd better just cancel the purchase, total, I already have the cash." What he promised me was "absolutely worth it mother." In my opinion, totally disastrous, zero attention and customer orientation, professionalism and no ethics. In short, a businessman "louse".
