Poor buffet food, although acceptable. The crafts are fine, but you can find the same objects in different stores. Bathrooms not very clean.

Na volta, paramos para o almoço, já estava incluído no pacote, esperávamos que seria uma boa comida mexicana. A comida era intragável, péssima, não dava para comer. Nos buffets diziam que havia comida internacional, comemos hambúrguer, sabor horrível e ainda por cima nos fez mal. Eu e minha filha passamos muito mal por causa dessa comida. Os atendentes eram grosseiros, pedi uma bola de sorvete que era a única sobremesa que dava para comer e a senhora me deu uma mini bola, foi bom, porque o sabor era horrível. Se um dia quiser voltar a Chichén com certeza alugarei um carro, assim poderei almoçar onde quiser e não onde é com binado com a empresa de turismo. A minha impressão desta parte do México foi péssima! Com certeza, neste lugar eu NUNCA mais volto! We went to Chichén Itzá and the company that took us stopped on the way for 35 minutes at this place, the handicrafts were very nice but the prices were very high, we didn't buy anything. On the way back, we stopped for lunch, it was already included in the package, we hoped it would be good Mexican food. The food was inedible, terrible, you couldn't eat it. At the buffets they said there was international food, we ate hamburgers, it tasted awful and on top of that it made us sick. My daughter and I were very sick because of this food. The attendants were rude, I asked for a scoop of ice cream which was the only dessert I could eat and the lady gave me a mini scoop, it was good, because it tasted awful. If I ever want to return to Chichén, I will definitely rent a car, so I can have lunch wherever I want and not where it is arranged with the tour company. My impression of this part of Mexico was terrible! For sure, in this place I will NEVER go back!
