★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place and teachers, so much warmth and the classes were great - be it vinyasa or Kundalini classes, very authentic classes with good focus on strength, balance and the breath. I did regular classes in the evenings, they have multiple batches and combo packages to select as per your need. For me it was walking distance and worked out perfect. Gracias again for sharing your space and practice while I was living in Monterrey.
