★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar para una estadía media en playa del carmen cuando se busca solo un lugar donde poder dormir y asearse. Las instalaciones están bien, las habitaciones son acogedoras y se encuentra a pocos pasos de la 5a Avenida.
 Good place for an average stay in Playa del Carmen when you are just looking for a place to sleep and clean up. The facilities are good, the rooms are cozy and it is a short walk from 5th Avenue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. During a 2 week week stay I didn't have water for 5 days and the owner stopped responding calls or whatsapps. The included breakfast is just a toast, coffe and packs of cereal. The price is good but do yourself a favor a spend a bit more somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place and rooms for the price. But giving only 2 stars because Cebert, the owner, will ignore all your messages once you have booked!! His customer service and professionalism is absolutely terrible. Don’t expect to get any of your questions or inquiries replied to once you have booked. We stayed here for 3 months. The workers at the hotel are awesome and very kind though! Good included breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place! I stayed here last year for 3 months and I came back again this year! Staff is amazing… very trust worthy especially Griselda! Cebert the owner is very accommodating and goes above and beyond to make your stay as amazing as possible! It’s also only a block and a half away from the beach. Very good location! Close enough to the downtown scene but not too close for it to be too busy! I’ve also referred a bunch of my friends to stay here and they all say the same things :)
