The La Dolce Vita is one of the four main restaurants in the Maya Riviera resort. Our family had dinner here twice during our stay and loved it. The food and service were excellent. We'd consider it our favorite. Book your reservations early and often. Our server, Alex Ortega, was awesome. Very friendly and helpful.

We we're treated like family by everyone at this restaurant. We would like to send a very special thanks to a very special person, Chef Luis and his team ofcourse. Chef Luis helped us with all the food needs that our son had, even when we were dinning at Sapporo, la Comedie and Agave and even on the day we visited an outside of the resort amusement park and arrived late. That very special day, Chef Luis helped aswell. Please give our most respectful thanks and all our appreciation to Chef Luis. We hope to see you soon. We loved the food but we really loved the care and attention we got from Chef Luis and team. Appreciated

This is a very popular restaurant. Reservation is required, and can be made at the Guest Services office. The reservation was full, and the lady at guest services suggested me to walk in. I walked in at 7pm, and the hostess asked me to stand by as she needed to seat customers with reservation first. I am so lucky that I was able to get a table at 7:15pm. My server was very friendly and attentive. He gave me recommendations, and told me that there was a self-served salad bar. Here are what I ordered: Starter: seafood starter and tomato and mozzarella carprese salad Soup: vegetable soup Main courses: lamb chop with leafy greens and lasagna bolognese Dessert: tiramisu and Sicilian cannoli The recommendation from our server was 100% accurate as the were food was amazing.

Great service by our server, Alex Ortega and his partner Cesar. All the dishes were excellent. Highly recommend here.

The restaurant is okay; not impressive, but not bad either. Service too. Bruschetta plate was very weak and only had one bruschetta, far from overloaded as you can see in the pictures. Please don't use serrano ham on pizzas (it's spanish). ?

Just like other restaurants at the Barcelo Maya Riviera, service here was excellent and the meals were delicious. We started off at the salad bar which had good variety of items. Our entrees of lamb chops with leafy greens, Chicken alla diavola and Pizza capriciosa were all so flavorflul.
