★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya no saben como antes. El guiso de chicharron no tiene absolutamente nada de sazón y el de chipotle está bien, pero ya no es lo que era.
Además me pareció muy mal que no lleven el cubrebocas bien colocado (El que empaca con la nariz de fuera y había una niña adentro del local hablando sin cubrebocas encima de los burritos que estaban aún desempacados) Estamos en pandemia. TODOS; los que cocinan, los que empacan, la niña que ande ahí, todos sin excepción, deberían llevar cubrebocas bien colocado en todo momento. Es un lugar de comida, la higiene debería ser incuestionable.
 They don't know how they used to. The chicharron stew has absolutely no seasoning and the chipotle stew is fine, but it's not what it used to be.

Excellent meal. Fresh homemade food, rich flavor and the food is always hot. The best donkeys in the area. You definitely have to try them. They always have people but it is worth the wait. They are delicious.
