★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He ido a comer algunas veces, me gusta la comida, pero no pude salir de la oficina y quise utilizar su servicio a domicilio, y pedí 10 minutos antes de las dos de la tarde ya que tenemos un horario para comer, pasado de una hora llamé por teléfono y me dijeron que no ubicaban el domicilio, me pidieron referencias y estoy en una oficina sobre San Javier muy cerca de donde ellos se ubican, pasada otra media hora vuelvo a llamar pues no recibí mi pedido, y me contestó una señora que me dijo que la disculpara pero que ya no tenía con quién mandarme mi comida. Les pido sean considerados en que en las oficinas tenemos un horario de comida y a veces por exceso de trabajo es más fácil utilizar un servicio de entrega a domicilio que ustedes ofrecen. Pero el caso es que por el mal servicio que recibí el día de hoy me debo quedar sin comer pues el horario acabó .
Pongan mucha atención en eso pues yo era cliente regular desde hace varios años, pero hoy su servicio realmente me decepcionó.

I ask you to consider that in the offices we have a meal schedule and sometimes because of overwork it is easier to use a home delivery service that you offer. But the fact is that due to the poor service I received today, I must stay without eating because the schedule ended.
Pay close attention to that as I was a regular customer for several years, but today your service really disappointed me.
