★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience at La Embajada. I highly recommend the escamoles, you can consider them the Mexican caviar (they taste like butter). Also the cabrito is the Rockstar of the menu. For dessert, choose the corn cake, it is deliciously sweet and comes with a little portion of popcorn ice cream.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent food, including some interesting takes on Mexican classics. Great open air setting, and a fun and lively atmosphere with a DJ in the evenings. Great service. Let's put it this way - the place was packed, yet the two adjacent restaurants had not a single customer. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a wonderful work dinner on the outdoor patio. Nice cool breeze with cold beers and delicious food. I even tried the crickets…which surprisingly wasn’t too bad. Just a little salty but packed with protein. I ordered the octopus as my main and it was a whole octopus. Sorry the picture is only part of the octopus! I got too excited to eat it when it arrived. Was so tender and perfectly cooked and seasoned. All the tacos were delicious as well.
