La Enchiladería - 91060 Xalapa-Enríquez
Nacido en 2019 en la ciudad de Xalapa pero con alma huasteca, iniciamos operaciones en julio con un pequeño restaurante con apenas 3 mesas. Para septiembre del mismo año, y gracias a la preferencia y cariño de nuestros clientes, abrimos en la avenida Murillo Vidal donde pudimos dar servicio y extender nuestra carta a varios platillos típicos de la Huasteca Veracruzana.
Nuestra pasión, a ti paisano, es transportarte a ese lugar que recuerdas de tu infancia, que con cada bocado te sientas en tu casa con ese sazón de hogar y esa calidez de nuestra tierra. Y a nuestros comensales, darles a conocer la belleza de la Huasteca a través de su gastronomía y de nuestra cultura.
Más allá de los alimentos, servimos de un punto de impulso a nuestros pueblos indígenas, con programas de venta de artesanías, fomentando el Huapango y el baile tradicional, apoyando a los artistas y productores locales.

The so many sauces they offer and the hand made tortillas for the enchiladas, the meat and everything else on the sampler plate was soooo good! We liked it so much that the day after the wedding brought the whole family (25+ people). They served us so well! The waiters were very polite and patient. Despite the crowd! The food was served quickly and with great quality. Very good prices too. If you visit the city, you want to visit the place.
