★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found cranberry sauce from England, Idaho russet potatoes, Cajun seasoning, etc. Expensive because they're imported. Great place to buy special ingredients. They only accept cash, no cards. You have to try the pastrami, super delish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called the owner of this business yesterday to see if she had a specific item. She said yes she had it in two different flavors. I told her that I would drive in from a pueblo about an hour from Merida to buy some today. When I arrived today I found out that she didn't have any of that product. She didn't even apologize until I asked her why she didn't let me know...and all she could say was that she'd been really busy. I reminded her that I just spent an hour driving to her store to get that product. I understand what it's like to run a business. This is not the way to do it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly service in a small shop packed with hard-to-find foods. I always get jamón serrano and Spanish manchego cheese here. Delicious baked goods. Quality olives. I've found excellent sherry vinegar here, and good loose-leaf tea. They currently have some beautiful cutting boards and kitchen towels. A must-visit shop for anyone looking for imported foods and gourmet ingredients.
