Cuando te dan informes el dueño es muy amable y como el lugar es agradable, pues te emocionas, pero una vez contratado comienza a ser un poco déspota, no respeta los acuerdos del servicio contratado, lo comencé a notar, pero en día de mi evento fue terrible, me arruinó el día: cambio la información de la organización de las mesas, la comida no estaba lista (suerte que mis invitados llegaron tarde) no cumple con el refresco ilimitado (solo ofrecen agua a los comensales), sirvieron a los niños y adolescentes solo dos tiempos de comida y en un solo plato ( no pedí el menú así, era cena formal en tres tiempos), el café para el pastel solo lo ofrecen a un par de personas para despistar. Hasta la florista y el personal de grupo se quejaron de su mala actitud y únicamente lo trataron unos minutos. El salón es bonito pero las columnas no te dejan ver; le falta limpieza y mantenimiento, tiene muchas telarañas y las luces que te ofrece (serie de luces) no sirven y aún cuando sabe que tiene evento no las arregla. Les falta mucha experiencia en atención al cliente, y organización de eventos. La comida si estaba rica. Bad experience, very disappointed. When they give you reports, the owner is very friendly and since the place is nice, you get excited, but once hired he starts to be a bit despotic, he does not respect the agreements of the hired service, I began to notice it, but on the day of my event it was terrible, it ruined my day: I change the information of the organization of the tables, the food was not ready (lucky that my guests arrived late) it does not comply with the unlimited soft drink (they only offer water to the diners), they served the children and teenagers only two courses of food and in a single dish (I did not ask for the menu like that, it was a formal dinner in three courses), the coffee for the cake is only offered to a couple of people to mislead. Even the florist and group staff complained about his bad attitude and only treated him for a few minutes. The hall is nice but the columns do not let you see; it lacks cleaning and maintenance, it has a lot of cobwebs and the lights that it offers you (series of lights) are useless and even when it knows that it has an event it does not fix it. They lack a lot of experience in customer service, and organization of events. The food was rich.
A	Azula Canela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El concepto del lugar es bonito, aunque le falta limpieza y tienen muchas cosas arrumbadas y no todas las luces sirven . Las columnas no dejan ver a la pista, y el encargado es malhumorado, tiene mala actitud. Solo te sirven agua en la fiesta.
