The place is very nice, however it has a lousy administration, very bad customer service, I do not recommend it at all, do not go unless you want to have a bad time like they did to me on my wedding day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, es lo que piensas cuando entras a este hotel, por que para llegar esta muy feo el camino, es mas piensas que vas a llegar a un hotelucho de pueblito, pero en cuanto cruzas el portón te maravillas de lo bonito que está el lugar, con su piscina, hermosos jardines, ajedrez gigante, etc muy bonito de verdad.
Wow, that's what you think when you enter this hotel, because to get there the road is very ugly, what's more you think you're going to get to a small town hotel, but as soon as you cross the gate you marvel at how beautiful the place is , with its swimming pool, beautiful gardens, giant chess, etc., very beautiful indeed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está hermoso! Muchas amenidades, cuartos amplios, calentador que agradeces por las noches.
Lo malo es que tienen muy poco personal y te hacen esperar mucho por cada cosa que pides… literal la persona que te abre la puerta es la misma que está en la recepción, mesero, mantenimiento etc..
Es un poco complicado llegar al lugar ya que no tiene un gran letrero, en waze no aparece y en maps te lleva por lugares extraños..
The place is beautiful! Many amenities, spacious rooms, heater that you appreciate at night.
The bad thing is that they have very few staff and they make you wait a long time for everything you ask for... literally the person who opens the door for you is the same person who is at the reception, waiter, maintenance, etc.
It is a bit complicated to get to the place since it does not have a big sign, it does not appear on waze and on maps it takes you through strange places.
