★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lasa casa son muy grandes y por consiguiente muy caras. Es un residencial en medio de una zona semi- rural. Se ve como un lugar apacible. La atención de los asesores es excelente y hay carrito de golf para los recorridos a las casas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper cara para la zona en la cual esta ubicada, para llegar hay calle sin pavimentar, el precio es muy alto a comparación de otras mejores zonas como Metepec por mencionar alguna, los asesores con flojera. No me gustó en absoluto además el mantenimiento casi 2000? Simplemente hay mejores opciones.

Nos vendieron la casa con ENGAÑOS, nos presentaron un proyecto "Residencial" que constaba de 2 tipos de casas (Galeón y Townhouse).
Y ahora ARA por sus hue**s modificó el proyecto y construirán casas de tipo interés social, pequeñas y pegadas una con otra, las cuales ahora serán la mayoría en el fraccionamiento. NADA que ver con el proyecto inicial y esto no se lo dicen a la gente que viene a pedir informes, ABUSADOS. Tal vez después se les ocurra hacer departamentos de 60m2...
