★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. No se respeta el diseño de los pasteles bajo pedido. Encargue un pastel con diseño especifico de primera comunión y al recogerlo me entregaron lo que quisieron. Otro diseño, durazno en lugar de fresa, fondo rosa en lugar de azul por que "les pareció que quedaría mejor". El gerente se limitó a decir de manera burlona que "los diseños cambian sin previo aviso", se lo llevaron a "arreglar" y lo devolvieron 40 minutos después y aún peor. SIN DUDA NADA RECOMENDABLE, LO PEOR QUE HAY

Se supone que el servicio de debe de dar completo hasta la hora de cierre

Tienen tartas deliciosas y ademas un horno de pizzas y cafetería para cualquier antojo. Además venden productos como café para cafetera, harina para hotcakes, leche, pan blanco y todo lo que te puedas imaginar!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente si les sale tan caro los jarabes, sirup, cremas o cualquier otro insumo para rellenar panes deberían simplemente no venderlos. Muy pero muy mal que engañen tan descaradamente al consumidor haciéndole creer que está comprando algo para encontrarse con la sorpresa desagradable después al consumir el alimento. La Esperanza debería dar revisión de su modelo de negocio, creo que ganarían más manteniendo contento al consumidor que ahorrándose unos cuantos cc de mermelada (mucha miseria).
Honestly, if syrups, syrups, creams or any other ingredient to fill breads are so expensive, they should simply not sell them. Very, very bad that the consumer is so blatantly deceived into believing that he is buying something only to find himself unpleasantly surprised when he consumes the food. La Esperanza should review their business model, I think they would earn more keeping the consumer happy than saving a few cc of jam (a lot of misery).
