Compramos también chapatas y croasan muy ricas.
Solo que la atención no fue tan buena la señorita no fue del todo amable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general a mi me gusta el pan y otros productos que venden en esta pastelería. Pero el día de ayer tuve una experiencia muy desagradable. Nunca había probado los helados que venden en la cafetería y ayer decidí comprarme uno. A parte de que la persona que me atendió fue descortés se tardaron demasiado en atenderme, pero eso no fue lo peor, mientras esperaba a que me atendieran había una chica rellenando las bandejas de helado y me desagradó mucho darme cuenta que al llenar las bandejas con sus manos SIN GUANTES le daba forma al helado que iba acomodando y no conforme con eso lo que se le quedaba en la cuchara lo quitaba con un dedo y lo terminaba de untar en la bandeja ya servida. La verdad me decepcionó mucho ver eso porque La Esperanza siempre se ha caracterizado por tener buena higiene al manejar sus productos, pero esto hizo que no quisiera volver a probar esos helados.
In general, I like the bread and other products that they sell in this pastry shop. But yesterday I had a very unpleasant experience. I had never tried the ice creams that they sell in the cafeteria and yesterday I decided to buy one. Apart from the fact that the person who served me was rude, they took too long to serve me, but that was not the worst, while I was waiting to be served there was a girl filling the ice cream trays and I was very upset to realize that when filling the trays with his hands WITHOUT GLOVES shaped the ice cream that he was accommodating and not satisfied with that, what was left in the spoon was removed with a finger and he finished spreading it on the tray already served. The truth is that I was very disappointed to see that because La Esperanza has always been known for having good hygiene when handling its products, but this made me not want to try those ice creams again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El pastel muy bueno la verdad y el relleno que se solicitó quedo bien a excepción de que los frutos rojos venían como mermelada y exageradamente dulce, todo estaba bien hasta que los invitados comían la mermelada no lo podían comer bien a causa de lo mismo.... Favor de avisar este detalle importante que no es fruta al 100% si no más tipo mermelada, para poder cambiarlo en el momento que se está haciendo el pedido y no tener sorpresas
The cake was really good and the filling that was requested was fine except that the red fruits came as jam and were excessively sweet, everything was fine until the guests ate the jam, they could not eat it well because of the same thing.. .. Please advise this important detail that it is not 100% fruit but more like jam, to be able to change it at the time the order is being placed and not have surprises
