Pedí mi orden con anticipación y casi dejé completo el pago, fui clara con lo que quería,dí una hora especifica para que estuvieran listas y me dijeron que todo estaba bien. 1. El día del evento a la hora acordada me dijeron que aún no estaba lista mi orden. 2. Una hora antes del evento me mandan mensaje y me preguntan que si los chocolates serían acomodados por mi, claro que no! Cual era el caso de llevarlos entonces y todavía me dice la misma muchacha que tomó mi orden que dijo el panadero que yo había dicho que yo los pondría sobre las donas, cuando pedí mi orden con ella especificamente, me dijo despues de preguntar que la panadería se haría cargo, me pudieron haber dicho no se puede y yo buscaba alguien mas, me molestó mucho que no cumplieran con lo acordado. Sí, desgraciadamente muy rico el pan y lo que sea, pero creo que a la hora de la hora debí hablar directamente con el panadero no con la(s) "recepcionista(s)" ya que no es/son apta(s) ni para tomar una orden sencilla, o y aparte de todo ni buen trato dan a la clientela, deberían tomar un curso sobre atención al cliente.
