★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada recomendable, si pueden mejor vayan a alguna otra óptica comercial. 1-Esta carisimo 2-mala atención y 3-si hay fallas con tus lentes, es tu culpa no la de ellos.
Nothing recommended, if you can, go to some other commercial optician. 1-This very expensive 2-bad attention and 3-if there are failures with your lenses, it is your fault, not theirs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeramente fui a cotizar y están casi literalmente 1000 pesos más caros que en otros 4 lugares que fui a preguntar. Dos, fui con una amiga y aprovechando su visita pregunto al vendedor si podrían hacerle un examen de la vista y el comento que si pero que tenia que comprar los lentes lo cual es raro porque en el resto de las ópticas dice que son gratis los exámenes. No saben explicar bien lo que se le pregunta muy mala atención al cliente. Esa tienda de lentes (no tienen oftalmologos, todos son vendedores) es extremadamente cara!
First I went to quote and they are almost literally 1000 pesos more expensive than in other 4 places that I went to ask. Two, I went with a friend and taking advantage of her visit I asked the seller if they could do an eye exam and he commented that yes but that he had to buy the glasses which is rare because in the rest of the opticians he says that the exams are free . They do not know how to explain well what is asked very bad customer service. That lens store (they don't have ophthalmologists, they're all salespeople) is extremely expensive!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En cinco segundos observé modelos pasados de moda y carísimos. El empleado es lindo: intentará humillarte diciendo que "al fondo tengo las promociones por si busca barato". Salí enseguida y la mejor parte: me cobraron el estacionamiento. Dan risa!!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo mejor de todo es que te tienen los lentes de acuerdo a tu graduación en solo 1 día. El personal muy profesional y muy amable. He visto comentarios de gente que dice que es caro, pero yo vi gama de lentes económicos y accesibles y luego las marcas de diseñador.
The best of all is that they have the glasses for you according to your prescription in just 1 day. The staff very professional and very friendly. I've seen comments from people saying it's expensive, but I saw a range of cheap and accessible glasses and then the designer brands.
