★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo creía que los esquites sabían más o menos todos iguales, pero lo que he probado el día de hoy fue algo diferente, el sabor del maíz es bien rico sin necesidad de alterarlo con tanto habanero en polvo, todas las salsas que hay para poner encima no hacen falta, la fusión de los ingredientes, queso doble crema, limón mayonesa y epazote dan un sabor muy intenso.
Sin duda es algo que probar, y para las personas que no le gusta el epazote (como a mi) les puedo asegurar que no se siente por nada.
La amabilidad del dueño me encantó, me trató súper bien.
I thought the esquites knew more or less all the same, but I've had today was different, the taste of corn is very rich without altering it with both habanero powder, all the sauces that you can put on top no need, fusion of ingredients, double cream cheese, lemon mayonnaise and epazote give a very intense flavor.
It is certainly something to prove, and for people who do not like epazote (like me) I can assure you not feel anything.
The kindness of the owner loved me, treated me really well.
