★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio en los paquetes de desayunos,no nos dieron la fruta q va incluida,pero si cobraron todo,aparte esa salsa roja esta muy dulce pareciera q le agregaron azúcar, bonito el lugar pero sin ganas decregresar.
Bad service in the breakfast packages, they did not give us the fruit that is included, but they did charge everything, apart from that red sauce, it is very sweet, it seems that they added sugar, the place is nice but with no desire to go down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es bonito, la atención es buena, los alimentos no son frescos, esto se deduce porque están salados, solo los calientan varias veces y se vuelven dañinos (enfermé con ligera infección) y se salan, ojalá busquen mejorar y aprendan que no tirar los sobrantes baja puntos…
The place is nice, the attention is good, the food is not fresh, this is deduced because they are salty, they only heat them several times and they become harmful (I got sick with a slight infection) and they get salty, I hope they seek to improve and learn not to throw away the leftovers drop points...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar muy bonito, pero pésimo servicio… mucho tiempo para traer las bebidas tan sólo se tuvo que esperar media hora para que trajeran un vaso de agua, falta de personal y atención. Sinceramente una mala experiencia para un bonito lugar… deben mejorar muchos aspectos tanto la atención como el servicio.
A very nice place, but lousy service… a long time to bring the drinks, you only had to wait half an hour for them to bring a glass of water, lack of staff and attention. Honestly, a bad experience for a nice place... They must improve many aspects, both the attention and the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se come muy rico. Agradable lugar. No pongo 5 estrellas porque pienso que a las mesas les falta el cristal para cubrirlas y tener más estabilidad en lo que se pone encima e higiene, y si va un grupo grande las mesas no son adecuadas.

El servicio muy lento y disperso.
La comida está vez de regular a mala. La salsa de longaniza salada, al igual que los chilaquiles. El picadillo de las enchiladas estaba agrio (le dijimos al mesero y como si le hubieras hablado a la pared).
De verdad, las sucursales de la Estancia que hemos visitado, lejos de la original.

Very slow and scattered service.
The food is going from average to bad. The salty longaniza sauce, like the chilaquiles. The hash on the enchiladas was sour (we told the waiter and like you were talking to the wall).
Really, the branches of the Estancia that we have visited, far from the original.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio fue terrible, solo 2 personas para atender no sé cuántas mesas. Se tardaron 25 min en tomar la orden y ni siquiera agua nos sirvieron aunque la pedimos. Sirvieron a otra mesa que llegó después que nosotros. Nos dijeron que no había algo, pero se lo sirvieron a la mesa enfrente y cuando nos quejamos nos lo trajeron.
Trajeron el café frío.
Faltaron cosas de nuestra orden y agregaron cosas que no pedimos a la cuenta.
De 5 personas, a 3 nos hizo daño la comida.
En fin, un desastre de lugar con cara bonita. En vez de gastar tanto en los arreglos podrían contratar a más personal.
No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto.
The service was terrible, only 2 people to serve I don't know how many tables. It took 25 min to take the order and not even water was served even though we asked for it. They served another table that arrived after us. We were told there wasn't anything but it was served to the table in front and when we complained they brought it to us.
They brought the cold coffee.
They were missing things from our order and they added things we didn't ask for to the bill.
Of 5 people, 3 of us were hurt by the food.
In short, a disaster of a place with a pretty face. Instead of spending so much on repairs, they could hire more staff.
I don't recommend it at all.
