S	Susana Del toro gomez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel es bonito pero falta atención y sobre todo y lo mas importante (no hubo agua caliente) nadie sabia que decir ni que hacer al respecto, la cama no tenia sabanas y dormimos con una cobija que parecía tostada de mercado, en el bar y estancia tenían los empleados musica de banda a un volumen poco tolerable. Jamás regresare The hotel is nice but lacks attention and above all and most importantly (there was no hot water) nobody knew what to say or what to do about it, the bed had no sheets and we slept with a blanket that looked like toast from the market, in the bar and stay the employees had band music at an intolerable volume. I will never return

Cómodo bar que te invita a tomar un trago disfrutando el tradicional entorno. La comida es extraordinaria! La atención personal del chef resultó halagadora y hospitalaria. Definitivamente una muy grata experiencia. Very cozy. Beautiful rooms. Large garden adorned with vegetation and antiques that transport you to the past. Comfortable bar that invites you to have a drink enjoying the traditional environment. The food is extraordinary! The chef's personal attention was flattering and hospitable. Definitely a very pleasant experience.
C	Cesar Arroyo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habitaciones, agradables, les falta hermeticidad, los ruidos de afuera se escuchan. Si te toca habitación contigua, se escuchan los huéspedes de la otra habitación. No tienen plancha. Alberca: helada, le quitaron la calefacción Instalaciones exteriores: lo mejor, de noche son muy muy bonitas, lo malo: es que si quieres tomar una bebida (dentro o fuera de tu habitación) tienes que consumir del restaurante, y para el precio de la habitación no debiera ser así. ahora bien, en lo personal nunca me había tocado que me dijeran en el check out "permítame, van a revisar las habitaciones a ver si todo está en orden", me tuvieron 15 minutos esperando, una vez que las "revisaron", me indicaron que me cobrarian algo que mis niños habian roto (del exterior), que estaban calculando el monto y que estaban revisando las grabaciones, les indique que sí, que me mostraran las grabaciones, hablaron con el dueño, y terminaron "perdonándome" el daño, no sin antes indicarme que "a la próxima cuidara a mis niños". revisando las fotografías me percaté que los daños que según habiamos hecho, ya estaban antes que llegaramos, La vdd la estancia habia sido agradable hasta ese muy desagradable incidente, la impresion que me dan , es que no saben tratar cuando te hospedas con niños. Ahora bien, el restaurante es muy bueno, se los recomiendo, excelente atención y muy buen sazón. Rooms, pleasant, they lack airtightness, the noises from outside are heard. If you get an adjoining room, you can hear the guests in the other room. They don't have an iron. Pool: freezing, they took the heating off Outdoor facilities: the best, at night they are very very beautiful, the bad: if you want to have a drink (inside or outside your room) you have to consume from the restaurant, and for the price of the room it shouldn't be like that. Now, personally, I had never had to be told at check out "allow me, they are going to check the rooms to see if everything is in order", they kept me waiting 15 minutes, once they "checked" them, they told me that they would charge me for something that my children had broken (from abroad), that they were calculating the amount and that they were reviewing the recordings, I told them yes, that they show me the recordings, they spoke with the owner, and they ended up "forgiving" me for the damage, not without first telling me that "next time I will take care of my children". Reviewing the photographs, I realized that the damage that we had done was already there before we arrived. The stay had been pleasant until that very unpleasant incident. The impression they give me is that they do not know how to treat when you stay with children. Now, the restaurant is very good, I recommend it, excellent service and very good seasoning.

J	Julio Mario Flores on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the staff was friendly, I didn’t have a pleasant time. It was bad enough that I had to rebook another hotel for the night. I had booked two rooms, one for myself and another for my parents. Since it was raining, the floors were very wet in the rooms and on the premises. My dad is handicapped, he uses a walking cane. So he had difficulty walking around his own room. It’s unfortunate the hotel isn’t handicap-friendly. I found myself slipping as well. Then both rooms had a musty smell. Finally, my parents restroom toilet was dirty, we had to call room service for them to clean. Normally for a night stay I would had just endured this, but it also bothered me that each room was $80, and didn’t think this price justified what we went though
