It doesn't even get one star. The stay was not COMFORTABLE AT ALL, the WORST IDEA to celebrate a birthday: We went down in a riser with a flat tire. The jacuzzi had a leak in the air outlet and it looked like a pool with a fountain on one side, and on top of that it had a water leak, or how do you explain that from being halfway through, it woke up almost empty when we couldn't even enjoy it. The electricity went out around 7 at night, the bubble deflated, and nothing was done to reestablish the electrical service (there is no power plant, nor was one hired to offer the promised service), so we spent with the bubble above us. Obviously we couldn't use the heating, so we only had the blanket. As there was no light, the bathroom had no water, and if you wanted to go you had to carry the bubble because it was literally supported on the sink, tub and toilet. There was no possibility to prepare food because there was no light. We left the bubble around 10 in the morning and we were still without electricity, and without being able to enjoy what we had hired. Too expensive not to respond to a common event in Mazamitla and that they should have planned. The only redeeming feature of the visit is the attention of the employees Lucy, Juan and Elías, who gave their best at all times, they were always very attentive, but they could not solve our problems because they did not have the support of the owner, and They couldn't handle the burden of embarrassment upon receiving the bubbles. The concept is great, it is a pity that they are not prepared to provide the service they offer.

Without a doubt, an experience out of the ordinary! ? Sleeping in a Bubble and seeing the starry sky at its best, waking up and seeing the sky and the forest from your Bubble is a unique show. Having an outdoor Jacuzzi with a privileged view of the forest is the perfect combination to connect with your partner or friends. You have a Grill and all the utensils to prepare your food and a Refrigerator, they include bathroom amenities as well as towels and robes to sleep in, you have air conditioning in your Bubble for cold or heating. They also have WiFi in the middle of the forest! ??? Recommendation for couples celebrating an anniversary, courtship or marriage proposals, they have special packages to make that moment unforgettable. I recommend this place 100%. Sooo nice place!! Although the bubble is very hot, it looks like a literal sauna when there is sun, not even with the air conditioning does it go away, if you are one of those who cannot stand the heat, go during cloudy days, a bit expensive, there is no coffee maker or fees, but there are drinks and glasses, if you like to enjoy coffee, bring your coffee pot. Nice experience to rest and disconnect from everything and spend a good time either alone or with your partner.

The experience is very nice, we touched from all climates, Mr. Juan who received us very kindly and thanks to the comments he made, we left well prepared. The kitchen is small and there is not much space to store food or to prepare it, it is better to bring food already prepared and/or suitable for heating or cooking on a gas grill. The kitchen has only: gas grill, coffee maker, minibar, ice chest, a frying pan, pot, spatula, tongs, board, knife, corkscrew, set of utensils, plates (for soup, salad and appetizer) and glasses (includes cups and drinks) for 2 people. I love the hot water at all hours. There is a signal but the data does not arrive, I recommend you to bring a speaker. Inside the bubble there are no plugs. Just outside in the kitchen. As we got a little rain, if it's cold. From then on we enjoyed everything. We went for a wedding anniversary, we loved the view, the jacuzzi and disconnecting with the whole city.

Well to be able to heat water and make coffee or chocolate, it is something very necessary for that type of environment, and there was only 1 cup, luckily I brought mine, there was also only one size pan mini, it would be nice to include a larger one, we could hardly cook well.. ▪️ They do not provide you with natural water, as advice they could include a small gallon of about 5 liters, or min. 2 bottles of 1L, in any good level hotel, they always include it, it is something necessary, and more when the cost is considerable. - The closures of the bubble did not work... the one at the entrance only halfway, and the 2nd closure to enter the bed area did not work, nor did the closure to enter the bathroom!!... It is the most important, there total privacy is lost in the bathroom. ▪️Apparently they turn off the water pump at dawn and tomorrow, they didn't tell us, it was around 8am and we didn't have water, it worked until 9am, our plan was to make the most of it early and that way it couldn't be 100, no there was no water for the bath, nor the jacuzzi, nor to wash dishes. ▪️ They provide you with a bathrobe but no towel. ▪️ Staff do not use minimum protocols such as wearing a face mask.
