★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is not much to see in this place but the mayan column itself. But , even then, it stands as a nice rememberance of the mayan civilization, in a corner of an area on Cancun where most people pass by bus or car, in the direction of the beaches. I was just strolling around there, one day, and noticing such an interesting artifact from so long ago made me remember the rich history of that area, mostly visited today for its beaches and resorts. Really nice and well preserved, but unfortunately rarely noticed by the hundreds or thousands that pass by it on a daily basis.
