COMPLAINT: A year ago in December we stayed and despite the fact that the weather was cold we were very comfortable with the room, they were very clean, we always had towels and the beds were very well dressed, this December we wanted to return and despite the fact that the weather was very nice the room we didn't like it very much we arrived and found a cockroach in the bathroom, in the fridge the ice box had fungus apart from the fact that it smelled dirty, we struggled a lot to have towels we asked the staff and they told us that we didn't have to at reception at reception that they did not have that they were washing totally that day we could never have towels, now the beds had drawer sheets of one color the plain one on top of another did not have a bedspread they looked very badly laid out as if it had been crazy and the truth inside the closets there was dust and cobwebs it is understood that nobody checks if the rooms are well arranged or not, the attention continued to be good a waiter attended us called Porfirio that my respects very attentive and friendly otherwise the price-quality ratio of the hotel is very outdated, we paid almost 22 thousand pesos for 5 nights which the truth left much to be desired and that is the floor that is understood they have just inaugurated for that's 1 star this time.

The hotel is small, the rooms are spacious and clean, the WiFi is not available 24 hours, the food in the restaurant is good, in general it is a good place to spend a night or two. During my three night stay, there was no water for the shower head, they took care of it, but it was annoying.

Excellent place, excellent service, all nice and they are friendly. It is proportional quality-price, we have been twice and would return again. To those who complain, I think you have to understand that sometimes there is only one person who attends the restaurant, one the reception and one the cleaning person and that they have to attend to everyone and take care of everything. I recommend it 100% Just as a suggestion, there could be a place to dry clothes, whether they charge or not hehe

It is one of the best hotels in the area and I like to stay here because of its comfort and beauty. We had a birthday and it was luxurious. Your opportunity is in the care: we need someone to be there at night providing care because we lacked blankets and we had no one to tell. In addition, the beds have another bed downstairs and nobody directed us to tell us about that. Outside of that, the food is great and the rooms comfortable and air-conditioned.
