★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievably, this horrible store charged me 200 pesos for coming into the store and knocking a bottle of wine down, breaking it because of my backpack. The aisles are so narrow that they should stop anyone coming in with a backpack, however, there was no such signage or warning. The cashier at La Europa was VERY rude to me and I will never honor this establishment with my business again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased wines and spirits on two separate occasions. Owner was rude each time, which is very unusual in San Miguel de Allende. Will not return. Have found many other suppliers. Try Cavalico on Ancha de San Antonio 21 . Owner is very friendly and very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptionally good selection, certainly the best in Centro. There are even a few delicacy items, many of which are complimentary to the various liquors and liqueurs sold. It is conveniently located near to Jardin. Europa closes a little early however... 8:00 on weekdays and an hour later on weekends.
