Al llegar estaba gritando a la chica de la caja y a otro colaborador, faltaban varios productos y en lugar de dar soluciones se portaba grosero y cortante.
Probablemente no era un buen día para él, pero si esta adelante de la tienda tiene que tener la capacidad de al menos ser amable.
It had always been a great place, shame about the experience this last time, the manager is inept and rude.
Upon arrival he was yelling at the cashier girl and another collaborator, several products were missing and instead of giving solutions he was rude and sharp.
It probably wasn't a good day for him, but if he's in front of the store he has to have the ability to at least be nice.

Excellent place. Very good prices, excellent assortment, good service and very well located. One of the best options to buy liquor and groceries in the Hotel Zone. Do not think about it anymore, if you are in the ZH, buy your things here. You always come out with something more than what you were looking for.
