1) Jamás contestaron por WhatsApp o vía telefónica, ni siquiera daba tono, prácticamente estuve dos semanas intentando comunicarme para ver el seguimiento de mi pedido.
2) Me mandaron un e mail diciendo que mi pedido sería entregado el día 21 de diciembre, por lo cual yo organice mis actividades para poder recibirlo pero jamás llegó.
3) Intenté de nuevo comunicarme y esta vez corrí con suerte para ver qué había pasado y me dijeron que podía ser que llegara en el transcurso de 3 días más, por lo cual obviamente les pedí que me dijeran exactamente qué día, ya que yo salía de vacaciones y de nuevo NO contestaron.
4) El día de hoy (27) de nuevo tuve que mandarles mensaje para ver qué había pasado, ya que NO tuvieron la atención de responder mi último mensaje y finalmente pedí que me reembolsaran mi dinero.
Sus productos se ven bien pero en cuanto a atención al cliente y entregas NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA.
PERDI TIEMPO.
I definitely get a bad taste in my mouth when shopping.
1) They never answered by WhatsApp or by phone, they did not even give a tone, I was practically two weeks trying to communicate to see the follow-up of my order.
2) They sent me an email saying that my order would be delivered on December 21, so I organized my activities to receive it but it never arrived.
3) I tried again to communicate and this time I ran with luck to see what had happened and they told me that it could be that it would arrive in the course of 3 more days, for which obviously I asked them to tell me exactly what day, since I was leaving on vacation and again they did NOT answer.
4) Today (27) I again had to send them a message to see what had happened, since they did NOT have the attention to reply to my last message and I finally asked for my money to be refunded.
Your products look good but in terms of customer service and deliveries I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.

Lo mejor: Llevar piezas mexicanas que mantienen viva nuestra identidad, así como apoyar a comunidades locales.
The good: You are cared for by the chief designer and owner, Julio César. They make you feel at home, being able to customize each piece to the client's taste, generating an incredible experience.
The bad: They are in high demand, so you have to buy quickly that you can finish everything in one day.
The best: Wearing Mexican pieces that keep our identity alive, as well as supporting local communities.
